One Book, One County

It’s “Door County Reads” time again, thanks to support from the Door County Library Foundation, the Friends of Door County Libraries, library staff members, volunteers from community organizations and businesses!  Start the year by reading the book that hundreds of others in Door County are reading. 

Courtesy of the Friends of Door County Libraries, more than 600 copies of the book “The Beekeeper’s Apprentice” by Laurie R. King have been given out. If you've finished the book and want to pass it on to another reader, give it to that interested friend or family member OR turn it in at any Door County library, and additional readers will be delighted to read that copy as well.  For those willing to wait a short time, extra copies of the book are available for borrowing through the library catalog at InfoSoup.org.

Participate in scheduled activities later in January and early February. There will be special presentations, book discussions, film showings, music, theater, learning opportunities, geocaching adventures, delicious honey treats, trivia contests, mystery-solving, door prizes and more!
