Thank you to everyone who participated in Door County Reads 2014.
"The Memory of Old Jack"
by Wendell Berry
January 20 - February 8, 2014
It’s “Door County Reads” time again, thanks to support from the Door County Library Foundation, the Friends of Door County Libraries, library staff members, volunteers from community organizations and businesses! Start the year by reading the book that hundreds of others in Door County are reading.
Courtesy of the Friends of Door County Libraries, a limited number of free copies of the book, “The Memory of Old Jack” by Wendell Berry, will be given out starting January 2, 2014. If you've finished the book and want to pass it on to another reader, give it to that interested friend or family member OR turn it in at any Door County Library, and additional readers will be delighted to read that copy as well. For those willing to wait a short time, extra copies of the book are available for borrowing through the library catalog at InfoSoup.org.
Participate in scheduled activities later in January and early February. There will be special presentations, book discussions, film showings, music, theater, learning opportunities, door prizes and more!
